Plan the Plan
We start with understanding the strategic priority of the project and planning what is needed for the project execution plan. We understand that failing to plan is planning to fail.

Our project execution plan is our bible. We put the time and effort into clearly defining how our projects will be delivered and communicate it amongst the team.

We take responsibility for our budget. This means being clear on what the scope of control is, who is responsible for it and what the limits of authority are.
We then provide regular reporting and communication and importantly track and document changes from the approved baseline.

Scheduling
They say that time is money. Our experience is that time related costs are the single largest cause of cost blow out.
We invest time and effort into planning the project using industry standard tools like Primavera P6.
We then baseline the schedule and implement earned value management to make sure our clients are well informed and can make early decisions when things aren't going as expected.
A solid schedule, with accurate progress reporting not only gives clients a real world view, but more importantly enables informed decision making.

Records, Records, Records
Quality records are vital in understanding the status of works, establishing value for money, demonstrating work complete and identifying potential issues early.
We make sure our clients have access to records which are meaningful and captured in real-time, and then apply them in the real world.
We understand from experience that piecing together records after the fact is expensive, laborious and often disappointing.
We invest in emerging technologies including 4D and 5D BIM technology to assist our clients in understanding the 3D built product and its relationship with time and cost.

Team
Our project execution plans are clear on who is responsible for what by defining what the project organisation chart looks like and detailing roles and responsibilities. Projects are delivered by people, and we find that people work best when they have clear roles and responsibilities.

Project Governance
Project governance is detailed within our PEPs and takes the organisation, roles and responsibilities a necessary further step and defines limits of authority, reporting and decision making. We do this as a matter of course, regardless of the project size.

Quality
For most of our clients a quality product or project is usually very high on their priority list. Once the scope is defined and contracts in place, our team monitors the quality of the installation to ensure it is in accordance with the requirements of the scope. Finally, at completion of the works we make sure all the required documentation is handed over to operations and training is complete.
